We are a suburban style Garage Sale in the heart of midtown Manhattan - West 44 Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenues. The street will be closed to traffic. Over seventy-five plus neighbors and friends from West 44th Street, Hell's Kitchen and points beyond our neighborhood take part in our sale annually. We are the ideal venue to clean out your cluttered closets, storage units and spare bedrooms. Reserve a space at our garage sale now!! In past years our neighbors have sold jewelry, dishes, sofas, furniture, books, rugs, lamps, clothes, and so many other items large and small ranging from vintage to brand new. No commercial vendors allowed. Hope to see you at the sale.
