When you bought new Arlo system and you need hook up your Arlo devices into your Android, iPhone or Computer. Before set up the Arlo cameras, open App store or play store from your smart phone, write on search bar Arlo App and download it. Then create an account or login to your existing account by using your Email and password. If you’re using Computer then you can Login by using Web Portal https://www.arlo.com.
Why won't Arlo let me log in?
This kind of issue happens sometime but you need to make sure your mobile device is connected to the Internet. Verify your credentials. Make sure the username and password entered is correct. And make sure Login with Fingerprint is enabled on the Arlo Secure App and on your Android device. You can login by pressing with the Fingerprint easily. If still you’re unable to login do as follow:
Check the Arlo Secure App
Make sure the Arlo Secure App is on the latest version. If not then open App store on search bar type Arlo Secure app and tap on update. Or Restart your mobile device and log in to the Arlo Secure App. Whenever all these solutions didn’t effected then Try deleting the Arlo Secure App and reinstall it back again.
