I'm looking for cleaners for my short term hospitality rental business. As of now I have ( 3 ) listings where I'm in need of cleaners. I have ( 2 ) private rooms located within the same residence in a home shared by other residents. There's a different pay rate for each cleaning assignment. We have ( 2 ) separate private rooms and a ( 2 ) bedroom apartment. Within each assignment they include:
$30.00 ( Per Private Room Assignment )
Private room cleaning duties at  Location #1-Irondequoit NY  ( Should take no longer than a few hours )

• Cleaning of 1 of the private rooms & the bathroom.
• Restock snacks & supplies ( Cups, Coffee, Snack Items, Drinks, Disposable plates etc )
• Dust and wipe down furniture & mirrors
• Change linen and make beds.
• Clean room accordingly straightening to original form.
• Clean the room floors. ( Sweep & Mop/swift hardwood floors )
• Clean coffee makers, wipe down portable refrigerator and small sized microwave.
• Check inventory, report & replace. ( Light bulbs & supplies )
• Clean the bathroom
• Check to make sure appliances work properly ( TV, Coffee maker etc )
• Take trash out

For cleaning a entire smaller ( 2 ) bedroom apartment at  Location #2-Rochester NY . ( Could take up to 3.5 hours )

• Change linen in possibly 2 bedrooms.
• Clean possibly 2 bedrooms.
• Clean the living room and dining room. ( Straighten up, dust, wipe, sweep and swift hardwood floors.
• Clean the bathroom
• Clean the kitchen and load & unload the dishwasher ( If needed )
• Clean the refrigerator & dishwasher if needed.
• Check inventory, report & replace. ( Light bulbs & supplies )
• Dust and wipe down furniture & mirrors
• Clean room accordingly straightening to original form.

Cleaning start time is at 11am. Assignments need to be totally completed no later than 4:30pm
Sometimes you may have to clean both private rooms on the same day and the apartment too ( Two different locations ). In these situations you would be paid $30.00 ( x ) 2=$60.00 + $50.00 totaling $111.00 for that day. Other days you may just have a single cleaning of one of the private rooms ( or both ) depending if the both check out on the same day. On other days you may just have the ( 1 ) apartment to clean. Its a day by day job and the jobs can come in on any day so you would need to be available on both weekdays and weekend. We send payment once every other week. You must have a car.
You can either bring your own cleaning supplies or use ours.
